Nothing in this student handbook shall be construed as, operate as, or have the effects of an abridgement or a limitation of any right, power or privileges of the board of governors or the vice chancellor of the sangai international university. Sangai international university, manipur is authorized by law to adopt, amend, or repeal policies and regulations which apply to the students from time to time. This student handbook does not constitute a contract between the students and the university. The relationship of the students and sangai international university is one governed by policies, rules and regulations adopted by the board of governors, the vice chancellor and his duly appointed and authorized designees.
